Discount Tire

I had to replace tires that failed under warranty. I normally love discount tires but today I was disappointed with the value give me for the tire failure. I got about 1/2 the life of the tires promised and only a fraction returned in the warranty. Since it was definitely a manufacturing issue, seems like they would have taken better care of me. Other manufacturers definitely have! I have been a discount tires customer since moving to Colorado and an America's tires for decades prior to that. Normally I love them. But this time, they did not seem to serve this customer's best interest first! When all four tires failed at the same time, with half the life of the tires remaining. The return one the warranty should have replaced at least the entire cost of one tire and discount the other. This was not even close to the case today sadly!

I came in yesterday because I had a screw in my tire and I was able to get it patched up in under 2 hours for no cost. I have purchased many sets of tires from Discount and will continue to do that because of the service I have received at every visit no matter the location. Thank you!

The service I received here this morning was absolutely excellent! I needed my back right tire fixed due to running over a screw and the team here was extremely helpful. James and Jack both helped me at the counter; they were kind, respectful, and very informative without being pushy about upselling me on a bunch of products. I had ended up leaving with my tire fixed, my spare tire replaced (it was flat), and new windshield wipers. They were extremely helpful with trying to find me an affordable option for these services which I greatly appreciated. I also wanted to call out one of the younger workers that had worked on my vehicle. I had forgotten to grab his name but he was extremely professional and helpful in taking care of my car. As a woman who has had several bad experiences with car service businesses, I felt very respected here. I HIGHLY recommend.

I normally give a 5 as I love discount tire. Unfortunately, when I went in for a winter tire change - they placed my winter tires back in my car and one of them had a nail sticking out which was not there when I arrived, as we inspected the tires together. I am sure they will honor the repair when I reach out to them. It was just disappointing to see they did not inspect the tires properly. And as you can see in the photos this was an obvious nail.

It was great. I purchased the tires and booked the appointment two days before my service date. When I drove in, I was on a spare tire. They put the “best” of my current tires back underneath as the spare, and replaced all 4 wheels with the new set. Service took ~ 35/40 minutes. James (I believe was his name) was a delight. I’d recommend. The place was clean, music was fun (in the garage) and everyone had smiles.
